Some general Information:

– Breakfast will be provided in the youth hostel

– all coffee breaks are at the Krehl-Klinik

– lunch and dinner will be served in the foyer of the Krehl-Klinik, except for the university cafeteria on thursday and lunch @castle of course…

– please arrive at the workshop-location with some spare time, especially at the surgery clinic! (15 minutes!!!)

– this timetable will do it´s best to provide you with all the infos you need, especially about the location….

Busses to closing ceremony @ castle – 18:50 from youth hostel

Dear Participants – excited for the closing?

Busses are leaving from the bus stop „youth hostel“ at 18:50 and 19:35.
Please take the bus at 18:50 if you are non-LC/proxy because we cannot reschedule those busses especially booked for the assembly. The second bus is reserved for those with voting rights.
We have 300 seats, if you are not able to get one, we cannot guarantee for a transportation and you need to pay a taxi by yourself.

Busses back to the hostel will leave at 23:15, 00:00, 00:45, 01:30, 02:15, 03:00.

Early checkout on Sunday!!!

If you’re leaving on Sunday night or really early on Monday morning there will be an early checkout for you to get back your hostel deposit.

There is no other chance to checkout early. So please be there on time.

For everyone else the checkout will be on Monday morning at the youth hostel.

Venue & Logistics
All relevant locations can be found on the map on the left. You can also navigate there
by using Google Maps, just enter „INF + [the number assigned to the building]“
(for example INF 410 for Krehlklinik).
The walking times are calculated from the youth hostel. Please plan to arrive with
5 minutes to spare.
Krehl-Klinik - INF 410
10 min walk.
Clinic for Internal Medicine containing a lecture hall and several seminary rooms.
The seminar rooms are found adjacent to the entrance hall, the lecture hall is
straight ahead.
Kopfklinik - INF 400
10 min walk.
Here you find the main auditorium where the plenarys will take place. Just next to
it there are two more seminary rooms.
Marsilius-Arcades
15 min walk.
The Arcades are actually three unmistakably large towers (INF 130.1, 130.2,
130.3) which overlook the river Neckar. There you find – you guessed it – more
seminary rooms. Meeting point is in front of the three towers (or in case of rain in
INF 130.3).
Theoretikum - INF 306/307
15 min walk.
Two workshops will take place here: „Anatomy combined with Radiology“ (Fri, Sat,
Sun) and „Diabetes – Hands on and Lecture“ (Fri). Meet the tutors/the OC in front
of INF 307 just next to the blue sculptures (see picture).
Surgical Clinic - INF 110
20 min walk.
Follow the signs to „Chir. Klinik“. Meet the OC at the bus stop „Chirurgische Klinik
Ambulanz“ right in front of the main entrance of the surgical clinic.
